This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website or contact Clare Langley through the contact form, email, or LinkedIn link.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, the site opens your email app with your enquiry prefilled. If you request an operational assessment report, your name, email address, assessment score, result tier, and request date are stored in a private protected server file so the report can be delivered and Clare can respond appropriately. This does not add you to Briefings. If you separately subscribe to Briefings or tick the optional Briefings box, your name, email address, signup details, and consent are stored in a separate private protected server file.
How enquiries are used
Enquiry and assessment information is used to provide the requested report, respond to you, keep appropriate records, and manage relevant follow-up communication. Briefings and newsletter emails are only sent where you have actively opted in. You can unsubscribe by emailing hi@clarelangley.com.
Externally hosted assets
This site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. The provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies. Analytics may measure page and section views, scroll depth, time milestones, navigation, menus, links, downloads, searches, filters, form starts, contact intent, subscriptions, and assessment progress or result tier. Names, email addresses, messages, search text, and assessment answers are not sent to Google Analytics.
Retention
Enquiry emails and assessment report records may be kept for as long as needed to provide the requested report, manage the conversation, maintain appropriate records, and handle relevant follow-up. Newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
